MAGNUSSON REINFORCES ITS PRACTICE IN DENMARK WITH ARRIVAL OF TWO PARTNERS

Magnusson adds two partners in Copenhagen boosting its capabilities in commercial, sports and entertainment, IP/IT and dispute resolution.

Lars Halgreen renders legal advice to Danish and international clients within commercial, sports and entertainment law and intellectual property. He focuses on advising companies on how to formulate and defend a strong IP protection strategy.

The arrival of Lars adds more strength to the Magnusson's practice in the area of the intellectual property on the firm-wide level. The firm is on a regular basis involved in IP intense projects and Magnusson lawyers are on a regular basis active in such international organizations as the International Trademark Association (INTA) or International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).

Lars is also recognized as one of the leading experts in Europe on sports law. His clients include national and international federations, clubs, agents and players within the world of sports. Lars is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and holds a Ph.D. degree in sports law.

At the same time, Magnusson in Denmark welcomes Allan Lund Christensen. Allan specializes in commercial law and criminal law. He often represents clients in arbitration cases and has a particular knowledge and insight in liability and tort law. Allan is an examiner at the Danish Bar exam in litigation.
