MAGNUSSON WARSAW ADVISES ON TOP 2017 TRANSACTION

Influential web portal Rynek Prawniczy (pol. Legal Market) conducted a poll to discover the largest, most important, and most interesting transaction of 2017 on the Polish legal services market. Magnusson Warsaw has the honour of advising on the top transaction.

The winning deal, with Magnusson Warsaw as advisers, was the sale of 28 retail facilities by A-R-A Retail Centers consortium to Chariot Top Group.

The deal, worth EUR 1 billion, was the largest portfolio transaction on the Polish real estate market in 2017. It covered 9 shopping centres, 4 retail parks, 12 hypermarkets, and 3 DIY stores.
