MAGNUSSON WARSAW WELCOMES A NEW MEMBER TO ITS BANKING AND FINANCE PRACTICE

Magnusson Warsaw strengths its Banking and Finance Practice with the arrival of new advocate Paulina Kotecka.

Paulina has impressive knowledge in banking and finance (property finance, project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance), which was gained in international law firms and legal and transaction advisory departments of banks in Poland and Germany. Her practice areas also include commercial and corporate law (M&A and real estate transactions).

She advises on complex legal issues related to Polish and foreign law systems and leads cross-border deals.

She will also support the Warsaw team in M&A, capital markets and new technologies.
